  • Hadban El Sareei

Hadban El Sareei, 1993 Black Bay Stallion, Hadban El Sareei is of the rare Hadban Enzahi Strain within Sheykh Obeyd He is out of the matriarch mare Bint Masarra! Hadban is a bold big moving horse and is the sire of some very fine beautiful and athletic horses!

Bint Masarra had some beautiful sons and we feel that Hadban El Sareei is the best of the group. In the breeding shed he has proven himself with only a few breedings. We will be breeding him to several of our finest mares this year.

Straight Egyptian, Sheykh Obeyd and Heirloom, oldest of all the Egyptian bloodlines !

    Bint Masarra and Inshalla Imhotep

Bint Masarra is the dam of 12 foals, five were Straight Egyptian but not Sheykh Obeyd. Bint Masarra was sired by *Tuhotmos, out of a *Tuhotmos daughter, making her 75% *Tuhotmos! 37.5% Moniet El Nefous, 37.5% Shahloul, 37.5% El Sareei. Within Sheykh Obeyd breeding the sire line to Ibn Rabdan through El Sareei is quit rare. This is inbreeding in the closest sense, making for the perfect outcross mare.

Shown in Training Level Dressage. Imhotep's show career was cut short because of a shoulder injury. A heavily black flea-bitten gray, Imhotep is a highly intelligent, personable, and spirited horse with animated and graceful gaits. He throws color, including black, to more than half his foals, even when bred to gray mares. He is one of the extremely rare Heirloom Babson/Halima stallions left, carrying 25% *Ansata Ibn Halima bloodlines.
