  • El Noir Nefous

El Noir Nefous, 2009 Black stallion, is a tall colt with extreme type and a very up-right, high set neck. He is very showy and very beautiful. Glenn will be taking him to the Egyptian Event hopefully in 2010. We are looking forward to his success.

Meadow Mahonri and Mijan Bint Dalima

Mahonri is very elegant and refined while standing 15.2 hands tall barefoot. Mahonri is a TALL horse but he is not a BIG horse. He has very dense porcelain like bone covered with skin and hair that are fine and delicate. He has exquisite type, a beautiful, strikingly dramatic head with large eye set low in his head. He carries his long neck very high and the attachment to his long sloping shoulder is almost perfect. He has long beautiful legs and possess the extreme dressage action of his Dam, *AK Jaheena with a long stride and a ground covering trot.

The mythological Venus was the Goddess of Love, she was hailed far and wide in regard to her beauty but she is plain compared to the extreme beauty of Bint Dalima.

Now that her dam Glorieta Dalima is gone, Bint Dalima is left to carry on the tradition of producing both athletic ability and beauty. The title of "Matriarch" is passed down to Bint Dalima as the oldest Sheykh Obeyd daughter here. (We have two more in the wings.) Her foals have not disappointed us in the least. Each seems better than the last. Bint Dalima has, thus far, given us 4 fillies. Her first daughter is Hadba El Dalanna, sired by Masada El Shahwan. Her second daughter was sired by our herd sire Meadow Mahonri and is owned by Linda Standly. Her third daughter was sired by Gurjani El Jalani and will be going to France. Her last daughter will be retained here and is sired by Mahrdalim El Nisr.
